The teacher asks the students questions on previous lesson which is simple games activities, she test their skills on values of simple game and the examples of simple game activities. She ask them to demonstrate one or two e.g follow your teacher, catch your tail, she rate their performance and when satisfied enters a new topic. Method – Demostration and explanation method material – Bold drawings on a cardboard sheet showing different pattern of movement. Instructional procedure:- Rhythmic movement involves the use of the body in making different patterns of movenment in different direction and shapes while the performer is moving and not from stationary position e.g walking running, skipping etc.  By the end of the lesson, the child should be able to

(1) Describe the skipping involvement and demonstrate skipping with a rope

(2) List five locomotor movement

(3) Identify the difference between ruming and walking .

Assignment: Differentiate between running and walking. Observation:- Run at a spot then run for 20 meter and runback practical. work:- demonstrate a dance which involve a locomotor movement Noticing those areas that the student have not understood with the help of evaluation and re-visiting it.

– examples of non locothotor movement.

From what the students have learnt, the students explained Rhythmic movernment they also explained locomotor movement and their examples.Non locopotor movement are basic movement   pattern made from a striation nary position e.g lifting, bending, twisting, stretching etc.By the end of the lesson, the child should be able to

(1) List thre non locomotor movement

(ii) Describe bending as a non locomotor movement

(iii) Demonstrate a dance which involve a non locomotor movement.

Assignment:- List and explain the two types of fundamental movement pattern. observation :- Demonstrate a dance which involve a non locomotor movement.

Practical work:- Demostrate bending movement.
